Your sign-in email or phone number, the name and photo you choose, optional home city and payment handles, and the settings you pick. We record when you confirmed you are 18 or older and which version of these documents you accepted.
For plans: the plans you create or join, your answer (in, maybe or can’t go), who invited you, the deadlines you mark done, cover photos organizers upload (we remove location and camera details from photos), the invite links you make and how often they were used, and the people you have shared plans with.
Anyone with an invite link sees only the plan’s name, dates and cover photo, never who is going. Organizers can turn links off at any time, and links stop working on their own after 90 days or the day after the trip.
Your profile is private. People in your plans see only your name, photo, your answer and anything you choose to share. Your email address and phone number are never shown unless you turn that on.
We never sell your data or share your preferences with advertisers or partners.
From Settings you can download everything we store about you, change what you share, and delete your account. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days.
